Your satisfaction is important to us. Eligible items can be requested for return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible

• Not excluded under our non-returnable items policy

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. After review, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, replacement part, refund, or other available remedy.

All returns must be approved by us before any item is sent back. In many cases we can resolve your claim without asking you to return the item. Where we do require a return, we will provide instructions and cover the cost of that return.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
